How did your journey toward becoming a Les Clefs d’Or member begin?

My journey as a Les Clefs d'Or concierge began in 2012. I first joined the hospitality industry driven by the passion for guest service and a deep curiosity about the art of creating unforgettable experiences. After gaining experience throughout the years and honing my skills, I earned my Golden Keys and officially become a member of Les Clefs d'Or Singapore — an achievement that marked a turning point in my career and life.
Being accepted into this prestigious global network of professional concierges was both a personal and professional honour. As a Les Clefs d'Or concierge, I have had the privilege of assisting a diverse range of guests, from international dignitaries to seasoned travelers, always striving to meet the high standards required.

Do you have any insider secrets or hidden gems in the area that you love recommending to guests?

Thian Hock Keng Temple It is Singapore oldest Chinese Temple dating back to the 1800s built by early Chinese immigrants . It offers a blend of Singapore's history and culture.
The temple showcases traditional architect, featuring detailed carvings, sculptures of dragons, phoenixes and porcelain decorations. Thian Hock Keng was gazette as a national monument and It still beautifully preserved till now.”

What’s a fun fact about Singapore you love sharing with guests?

You are able to sometimes spot otters in the Downtown of Singapore. There are many otter families living in Singapore including Jurong Lake Gardens, Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park and Gardens by the Bay. Sometimes you may be able to spot them playing and sunbathing around the Kallang River and at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.

What’s one must-visit place you feel no visitor should miss?

If there is one place no visitor should miss in Singapore, it will be the hawker centres. Hawker centres plays a huge essential part of Singapore food culture, introducing Singapore's multicultural heritage. Some Hawker Centres are also located in historic and iconic locations, such as the Lau Pa Sat and Maxwell Food Centre.
